Age of Messiah

When I was about eighteen, and living a secular life, my friend and I were in a bar.  The band was playing “Age of Aquarius”.  The microphone was offered me at some time, but for some reason, my voice croaked, an unusual event because I normally sing well.   Some years later, now saved in my soul, I knew why.  The LORD didn’t want me to sing that song!  Astrology is a no-no for Christians. It is getting advice from something other than God. God wants Christians to go to Him with problems!  (This is not astronomy, the science of the planets and stars, but the perversion of astrology.)  

But now, there is another reason:  I turned this into a “redeemed” song.  Now, for those who love this melody, they can sing it with redeemed words!  (While I was praying this morning, I actually sang part of this song so I went to work to create it.)

When the blast of the seventh angel sounds

And Jesus Christ is deemed as King

Then peace will now be found

And of His love, we will sing!
